Cain just turned 7 months old. I met him just about a half hour from where I stay. I found him on Craigslist.

The funniest thing he has ever done is jumping to get tug of war toy and landing on his back..lol His most endearing quality is he is very loyal and very good with kids.

Cain and I love to go for long walks and pulling sleds. Cain currently weighs 62 pounds just wondering how big he will prolly get.

Puppy growth

Looking at dog growth charts, and my experience with my own bullies (who never grew any bigger than 65 pounds full-grown!) I would say he will be between 75 and 80 pounds by the time he's a year old and should only put on another 5 or so pounds past that. Get back to us in 5 months and let us know!

thank you for your comments i was wondering since he is so big already is he considered a bully breed?? also wondering if his head will get bigger since he is a male he has a square style head already ? just kinda wondering when it it will start getting big ?

Bully breeds

The term "bully breed" is just a term we use to refer to any dog from any of the breeds with "bull" in their name pretty much. Like bull terriers, pitbulls, staffordshire bull terriers, etc. So if he's a pit bull, feel free to call him a bully! And yes his head will get bigger, and particularly so if he is not neutered. My vet recommended not neutering until 2 years to let his head fully develop its muscles... that being said - he should be neutered asap to help prevent more of these beautiful bullies ending up in shelters, or worse!
