Dogs are only as dangerous as the people who raise them

We have a one year pit and he is the biggest baby I have ever seen. If licking you to death when he sees you and cuddling up to you is dangerous - then I guess he is dangerous. Any dog can or will be dangerous if the person raising the dog trains them that way or treats them badly - even the smallest of dogs.
