Jax - our fawn brindle pitty

Jax was born on march 3rd 2011. His favorite past times are going for walks / runs with dad, playing tug of war with the kids and plopping himself down anywhere he can for a snooze.

We were looking for a pitty to rescue from a shelter when one of my wife's friends told her about a guy who breeds his pits and had 12 puppies and couldn't afford to feed them. So we decided to check em out and fell in love with Jax immediately.

I know buying pit bulls from breeders only encourages them to breed again. But these puppies were in need of a good home because we knew they would end up in a shelter or the pound. Wish we could of saved them all. But we got Jax a VIP in our family.
