Kuma

Kuma is about 3 years old and is a handsome white/blue-merle boy with 2 gorgeous blue eyes. He was an owner surrender to our rescue and has been a permanent part of the family ever since.

He was removed from his original home when he was 6 months old when the police got involved in a domestic dispute. Kuma had been thrown from a 2nd story window and has a plate in one of his back legs. He also has a large scar going from one side of his neck to the other, which looks very much like someone tried to slit his throat.

He was then adopted out by another rescue and surrendered to us when he was 1 1/2 years old. He appears to be a product of a merle-to-merle breeding as his vision is slightly limited and he is unilaterally deaf.

Despite everything he has been through, Kuma loves other dogs and enjoys going to the dog park a few days a week with his brother and sister, and numerous foster siblings. He is a sweetheart and can be trouble at times, but we love him anyway!
