Hi everyone. I have owned dogs practically all my life, and their digestive system is very special. I think that's what dog food is for. Don't you?
Gale's response re: No Raw Food
Andreas, a lot of people would agree with you. It seems logical that dog food manufacturers (with the prices they charge for their products) ought to be able to deliver a product that is superior to what dog owners can put together from the contents of their refrigerators and cupboards.
Sadly, as this video shows, ingredients that are questionable or even known to be toxic are allowed in commercial dog foods and many popular brands contain them. That's what has sparked an interest in alternative methods of feeding dogs including raw foods.
