Nope, only dogs with bad owners are dangerous.

I can only speak from my own experience in life. First of all I have known many people that have been bitten by dogs, and other animals. Not one of them in my 48 years of life was bitten by a pit bull.

As an owner of a beautiful pit bull, my dog has never wanted to fight another dog, nor has he shown aggression towards people. On the other hand, many different breeds have been aggressive towards him, two of which bit him, once in the privates, and once on the nose. Not one of the those two dogs were a pit bull. Dog that bit him on the nose and dragged his owner to her knees was a Lab. Dog that attacked his privates three times was a Jack Russel.

I am proud to say that my dog did not fight back, he only cried, and was scared to death. My hopes is that these and any other out of control aggressive dogs don't make my dog turn sour.

It is the owner of the dog, not the breed!

I have been bitten by a yellow lab myself!! I have owned pitbulls my whole life and I love them they are amazing around children and other animals. They have never shown agression at all they only thought they were big lap dog! all they want is love and kisses and praise and attention.

If dogs are treated kindly and trained with positive praise and attention they will turn out well. Fighting dogs can be raised and retrained properly. i re-homed a pitbull named Wolfsbane to a child with autism.

He was 6 years old and was fighting for 5 years within one week of being with me he turned from snapping and lunging to coming to me for attention whining instead of growling and barking.

Instead of lunging at other dogs he would walk up his ears down and his tail wagging. By the end of the 6 months someone came up and asked me about him. I told them his history and they saw how well he was with their autistic son Jake (name changed) They took him in and he is still doing well to this day.

He is now 12 years of age and is still doing well with Jake. they are best buddies they are inseparable and they go everywhere together it shows what love can do!

SO NOT ALL DOGS ARE BAD ITS NOT THE DOG ITS THE OWNER!!!! GOOD OWNERS EQUAL GOOD DOGS AND BAD OWNERS EQUAL BAD DOGS!
