Not that many people take time to get to know a pit.

I have a pit bull. she is eight months and i love her a lot. she has never ever tried to bite anybody or hurt anything. i have seen more small dogs hurt people than a pit.

People just believe what they hear and not take the time to know a good dog. yes there are some pits who want to hurt because that is what they were taught just the same as if anything else, you teach it too be mean and that's what they know. but you can change that. all they need is some love and patience and too not be scared.
